Tamsui Oxford Journal of Management Sciences (ISSN 0258-5375) is a novel and innovative journal dedicated to publishing state-of-the-art articles related to all aspects of management. It is an annual journal since 1985 published by Aletheia University with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Taiwan, Republic of China. Tamsui Oxford Journal of Management Sciences is included in Index to Selected Scientific and Technological Articles Chinese Periodicals and Zentralblatt für Mathematik The journal welcomes original papers from both academicians and practitioners. The main feature distinguishing Tamsui

this field is rapid publication. Initially refereeing of clear, concise,
well-written manuscripts normally takes about three months for papers of
average length.
Manuscripts must be original, previously
unpublished, and not currently under review in other journals. For more
information, contributing authors should review requirements in the
Instructions to Authors, which appears on the end of each issue. Three copies
